Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray all feature prominently on the list of players with the most ATP 500 titles on hard courts.

Here are the five men who have won the most hard-court ATP 500 titles since the equivalent category of tournament was introduced in 1990.

Juan Martin del Potro secured seven of the nine ATP 500 titles he won in his career at hard-court tournaments, with four of these triumphs coming outdoors and three indoors.

The Argentine won his maiden hard-court 500 title outdoors at the 2009 Washington Open, while his last win at this level was at the 2018 Mexican Open in Acapulco.

Del Potro’s 500 titles on hard courts were spread across five different events: Washington (two titles), Basel (two titles), Rotterdam, Tokyo and Acapulco (one title at each).
