The Los Angeles Rams‘ offense is going to be electric as long as Sean McVay is the head coach. The roster they’ve currently built with Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp have them back in the playoff race at 9-6.
They could upgrade at tight end, however. The Rams just got Tyler Higbee back from IR and he was able to score his first touchdown of the season on Sunday against the New York Jets. Still, Higbee will be 32 by Week 1 of next year and the Rams might look to add a younger option.
How about star Michigan prospect Colston Loveland? Chris Trapasso of CBS Sports has Los Angeles selecting Loveland with the No.23 pick in his recent mock draft.
The Rams are a team you can typically count on to make a surprise selection early. Despite being a team that loves utilizing three-receiver sets as much as anyone, Los Angeles picks a high-upside receiving tight end for Matthew Stafford.
